Contract Duration and Renewals

Payment Terms and Billing
Payments due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments subject to 2% monthly service charge. Services may be suspended for accounts 60+ days overdue. All prices in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.
Service Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify services with 30 days notice. Major changes requiring additional investment will be subject to client approval. Service improvements and updates are implemented to maintain competitive advantage.
